At TNG, we are fully committed to equality, and to strengthening leadership resources in SA and across Africa. To this end, we have worked with a number of NPO and NGO organisations over the years, and are currently partnered with Gold Youth and The Nolands Foundation 100 Club.

10 Million Young African Leaders

Consumed by a vision of young Africans living purpose-filled lives and leading Africa into its full social and economic potential, Gold Youth was founded in 2004. The name gold stands for “generation of leaders discovered.”

We passionately believe in Gold’s audacious goal to develop ten million young African leaders with character and integrity, and to mobilise generations with the tools and support to reach their full potential.

The 100 Club

Reaching Young People Through Collaboration

The 100 Club is made up of companies and individuals who partner together financially, then work with existing community projects to raise the next generation of leaders.

Some of their initiatives are to equip young people to finish school and study further, involve them in sport, while providing guidance and accountability. 

We've joined the club, and invite you to do the same! More members will help these initiatives become scalable, effective and transformational.
