Mike is one of the most experienced executive search practitioners in South Africa, having personally completed well-over 400 board level search appointments across all functions and sectors.
His early career was in corporate HR with Ford, SABMiller and Unisys, as HRD for South Africa, where succession planning and executive mentoring were key. His executive search career began with the diversified South African Renwick Group, where he held the group record for individual cumulative billings.

Pam has more than 30 years’ experience in blue chip and private companies and 18 years’ coaching experience. At the climax of her corporate career, as an executive in Tiger Brands, South Africa, she held a unique portfolio combining HR, change management and coaching with strategic planning, new business development and capital investment analysis.
Pam is based in Faro, Portugal.

Roy Fine has more than 35 years of experience in business, ranging from formal large businesses to small start-ups. In each engagement, Roy’s focus has been on “making a difference” which includes mentorship, funding, connectivity & post-investment support. He has particularly been supporting young entrepreneurs for many years.
